Anfassen ist simpel, Berühren ist Kunst!
In diesem Workshop führe ich dich in die Kunst des Berührens ein für den Einsatz für dich selber, für deine Liebsten oder für deine Klienten. Bei Berührung wird das Hormon Oxytocin ausgeschüttet, welches Stress reduziert und Wohlbefinden, Entspannung und Vertrauen fördert. Diese tiefe Körpererfahrung kann eingefrorene Energien befreien, Lebendigkeit im Körper freisetzen und dich in tiefe Zufriedenheit versetzen. Das Erleben einer tiefen Gegenwärtigkeit im Körper kann auch ein Tor zur Transzendenz werden. Bei Goddess Touch lernst du, intuitiv deine ganze Essenz durch deine Hände fliessen zu lassen und dabei Energie zu tanken, statt zu verlieren.
Die Berührung erfolgt in Bekleidung und unter achtsamer Einhaltung persönlicher Grenzen und Wünsche.
