Frühe traumatische Erfahrungen aus der Kindheit, wie sie die meisten von uns in grösserem und kleinerem Umfang erlebt haben, beeinträchtigen unsere Fähigkeit, mit uns selbst und mit anderen wirklich in Kontakt zu sein. Auf diese Weise werden unsere Lebenskraft und Lebendigkeit eingeschränkt, worauf die meisten psychologischen und viele körperlichen Probleme beruhen.
Werden die Grundbedürfnisse Kontakt, Einstimmung, Vertrauen, Autonomie und Liebe/Sexualität in der kindlichen Entwicklung nicht ausreichend genährt, leiden Selbstregulierung, Identität und Selbstachtung oft bis ins Erwachsenenalter.
Diese Grundbedürfnisse können jedoch mit Hilfe der im Vortrag vorgestellten NARM™ Methode nachreifen, sodass sich nicht länger das Gefühl einstellt, Opfer der eigenen Geschichte zu sein.
Die ressourcenorientierte Methode NARM™ (NeuroAffectiveRelationModel) ist eine auf Achtsamkeit basierende Therapie, die körperliche und psychologische Ebenen des menschlichen Seins verbindet und die Beziehungsfähigkeit wachsen lässt.
