Die Art und Weise, wie wir uns jetzt, in diesem Moment, auf unser Leben, auf all unsere Themen und Herausforderunge, die sich uns zeigen, beziehen, ist allein unsere Wahl und darin liegt eine immense und wunderbare Chance zur Befreiung und zur Freiheit.
Angst, Frustration oder Wut können hartnäckig hochsteigen, weil sie gesehen werden wollen. Der Schlüssel liegt darin, dass wir uns erlauben, diese Gefühle im Hier und Jetzt zu fühlen, ohne an ihren verkopften Geschichten festzuhalten. Weder unser Chef, die Regierung noch unser Partner ist schuld an unseren Gefühlen.
Wir allein entscheiden, ob wir die Geschichten und Traumas hinter unseren Gefühlen mitnehmen oder sie ablegen. Wir können wählen, ob wir das Drama nähren, uns mit der passiven Opferrolle identifizieren oder ob wir die alten Storys und Glaubenssätze zurücklassen, während wir weiterhin die wahren Gefühle dahinter spüren. Wir allein entscheiden, ob wir in die Rebellion und den Kampf gehen und an unseren eigenen Kräften zehren.
Freiheit bedeutet nicht, dass wir gegen etwas im Aussen ankämpfen oder von etwas Einengendem davonrennen müssen, sprich uns von etwas im Aussen befreien müssen.
Freiheit beginnt dann, wenn wir weder das Aussen noch uns selbst verurteilen und wenn wir fähig sind, Geschichten, Groll und Schuld loszulassen.
Freiheit tut sich dann auf, wenn wir ganz übereinstimmen mit der Wahrheit, die wir gesucht und erkannt haben und dafür einstehen. Wenn wir in Liebe im Einklang sind mit dem, was wir tun und was wir sind. Das ist eine Freiheit, die grösser ist als unser Ich (und unser Ego) und grösser als alle begrenzten Möglichkeiten. Es ist das Erkennen der eigenen Begrenzung und eins sein mit der Wahrheit.
Die wahre Ermächtigung zeigt sich in dem Feld, wo wir unsere Kraft und Verbundenheit spüren und unsere Worte und Handlungen der offenen Präsenz entspringen, wo wir in Mitgefühl, Demut und Hingabe SIND. In diesem Feld offenbart sich Stille und Dankbarkeit.
Das erwachende Bewusstsein ist der Raum, in dem unsere persönliche Freiheit uns erwartet.
